It’s a fireman scam, it asks if you would like to donate. It’s sad how they lie and rip people off while real firemen are out there risking their lives. As a cop myself I better never get a call asking for police donations. We do not ever ask, so always decline with calls asking for money.

I just got a similar phone calls. The person is actually a recording rather than a live person. When you ask questions or deviate from their script they will say something about how much they understand how you feel and a one time gift of $20 would be helpful or somesuch nonsense. I asked him to say “Nincumpoop” so I would know this is a live person and he said that he would remove me from their calling list and promptly blocked my number so I can’t keep calling back. lol
