Just had “Frank Banner” on the phone for just under an hour, interrupting just enough to keep him repeating sections of the script but not enough to make him hang up. I could hear him getting more and more triggered.

Had agent Kevin Cooper on for over an hour, including a 20 minute car ride to target with sound effects, was in line at the target before he likely figured it out, hung up, then started calling my number over and over without speaking. Might be a little upset.
Call back number is spoofing an LAPD number, the guy I spoke with before Kevin really likes the N-word.
