SmartFare travel scam…they dont know how to block numbers
Seems pretty legit to me. When I asked where he was located, he said San Diego. I looked it up on Google, and there is a company Smartfares in San Diego with a high rating. Not to mention he was very professional.

Smartfares are not a legitimate company at all. Check out their reviews on Product Review, Site Jabber or their very own Facebook page.
Reviews on Trustpilot are ironically, utterly untrustworthy. They have a long history of deleting negative reviews and there is a thriving industry in selling fake reviews for them.
Smartfares appear to be run by the same scam call centre as the recently departed Travelation or Traveller Helpdesk. They certainly all have the same two digit randomly generated IVR code that has to be dialled to connect to an “operator” - a sure sign of a legitimate company if ever there were one.
Smartfares themselves can be found on BobRTC if anybody feels like calling them up to waste their time. Here are some of their numbers:

this company named travelation used to do travel scams last month but they ended up disconnecting their number because of how much i spammed called them and trolled but i wonder if they have a new number or the old one was put back up

I think over 140,000 calls from BobRTC may have had something to do with it as well. 
Smartfares and Traveller Helpdesk have been around for a while too. I think they’re all aliases for the same scam call center.

day 2 of calling scammers and asking for frank;
“There is no frank in this office” and then they hung up

why wont they answer? its because im playing ear rape in the call at the moment for all they’re emploees
i played rubber chicken noises on the phone with them a few times
