It’s a mail fraud scam, they call you up claiming to be acting on behalf of civil matters as an enforcement agency, yet when asked will refuse to provide real documentation, and insist they’re acting with lawful warrants that are not signed by any judge or even a real person. Also, their warrants look nothing like a real warrant.
