So I was trying to use the internet, when I got an “alert” saying that my iPhone has been compromised and that I must take immediate action. Idk if there’s a phone number but if you tap anywhere, it tries to get you to download an app.

Would call it spam instead of scam

Got the same thing today. Normal browsing and it came up. Maybe the website I visited was hacked to make it show up?
Edit: Actually, it has happened on multiple websites… going to update my phone and see if that fixes it.
