Got an automated voicemail on my Google Voice number today (text translation below). This is the first time I’ve ever been contacted or dealt with any of the many tech support scams out there but have had family fall prey to them. Do your worst, folks!
“Please do not hang up. You have paid for your computer technical support few months ago. We are calling to refund your money as the company has been ordered to close down. Please call us on our toll-free number one 888-496-9407 repeating. Again, +1-888-496-9407. Thank you.”
