I recently received a text from the number 902-760-0920 claiming that the Canada Revenue Agency wants to send me a refund through Interac. The link to the text message (http://revcan-de.com/#) then claims the refund is from Revenu Quebec and asks to select a bank to receive the funds. All bank buttons lead to fake bank login pages hosted on the same domain.
I already reported this to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre but I’d like to see if you can do anything with them.
