I tried a couple of times to get these guys on the chat, but after the obvious auto-generated starting message, there’s no further correspondence.
they finally replied to an inquiry (after resetting my vpn a couple times to swap my ip every time) and they responded with this message.
“We do not have the resources to fix the issue you are looking for. Let me direct you to concerned department. Please follow the below # or link to get in touch with the correct department: Dial 24/7 toll-free: 1-877-696-7786 or 1800 102 1100 or 1800-11-11-00 OR Microsoft Support”
After a quick google, it seems like the first number is legitimately Microsoft support, the second two numbers are indeed SCAM numbers. and the website is of course official Microsoft.
