Current way, I found to repair scam victims PC

This is the basic process I use to get a PC back to some form of ready, for any scam victims PC

1 remove internet connection
2 uninstall TeamViewer or related remote desktop control
3 uninstalled Assistant Utilities, was attached to TeamViewer
4 checked and reset windows defender permissions, Both Virus section and browser controls are turned off.
5 checked for other software added.
6 cleared browsers history and cookie data
7 regedit search for any possible TeamViewer entries and removed any that could be of hassle.

At this point I back up victims personal images and documents.
I personally would prefer to Format and reinstall windows from this point.
But indepth searches and a a judgement call can be used if the victim wants to keep the PC in the original state.

Run and connect and fully update the windows system.
I hope this helps those that want to help the fight against scammer, but not be in the scam baiting limelight.
I never charge for scam related repairs
