So this dude apparently tells his victims that he’s a rich entrepreneur from Germany (he’s from Ghana) and that he’ll send them $7000/wk for love and support. Then he photoshops a horribly done screenshot of the “payment screen” on PayPal and has it say some shit about a “$200 vanilla voucher being required to complete payment” at the bottom. You must then send him $200 vanilla gift card to receive your payment.
