Hope I put this in the right category. I have yet to foil my first scammer as of yet. Most numbers I have called are using this Gotoassist application, can’t seem to run into any scammers using Teamviewer. Any suggestions as to how I can use Gotoassist to syskey one of these scammers at least?
Not really any possibility of using go to assist for that but if that’s what you after the best bet is to go after refund scammers since they most commonly use TeamViewer.

You can also try to troll them by saying that the application crash and give them a fake error like:
Runtime Error - This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application’s support team for more information.
Sometime they switch to another software like TeamViewer. It has worked for me for few call center.
