A relative of mine was instructed by his bank to call a phone number. This lead to a scammer taking down his personal information. If anyone can take down these scammers it would be appreciated. Phone number: 877-778-5834
I would switch banks if i were him, and report the current bank to local authorities.
The bank didn’t know that the guy was a scammer. This is also a huge bank! I don’t think the police can/would do anything about it.
I left Chase for a credit union about 10 years ago, I suggest you do the same
