I have a windows 10 vm on my mac and want to delete all the files of a scammer who is using any desk or supremo, how should I go about doing that? I would also like to know how to get the scammer to give me HIS password and ID rather than mine when using anydesk or supremo.

From the videos I’ve seen, it looks like the best tactic is to give the wrong ID / password a couple of times to the scammer, and hope they get impatient and try getting you to connect back. Maybe mention that your kid put a firewall on your computer, and you don’t really understand it, but that firewall sometimes causes problems. Ask if you can get your kid to come back from college next weekend and turn off the firewall, and call them back. The idea of getting a tech-savvy kid involved might scare them into trying to work around the firewall by reversing the connection.
