How does techscammersunited actually steal files with anydesk?

I’ve been watching TSU for a long time and he has got me into scambaiting and I even upload scambaiting videos/streams on my youtube channel and I’ve seen him steal/delete files of scammers many times and never understood how he did it which is frustrating because whenever a scammer connects using Anydesk I don’t know what to do apart from waste his time. Can someone please tell me how he actully accesses the files with Anydesk?

I’m not certain but I’m pretty sure he accomplishes this using social engineering and giving the wrong ID until eventually the scammer gives in and lets him onto their computer to reverse the connection. Once he’s on their computer he also goes onto Anydesk on his host machine and connects then switches the connection on his VM. This way the scammer thinks that he’s safe while in the background TSU can silently delete his files.
