Any other scammer information:
They claim your device has a Trojan and tell you not to turn your PC off. It looks like it was sent through Email. It full-screened the briwser so you couldn’t see the website it redirected you to.

From what you are saying it sounds like this was a popup scam. I have moved it to the proper category.
