Zoiper softphone to call scammers with any caller ID I choose. I normally use old scammer numbers as my caller ID.
HP Omen, Windows 10 with VirtualBox VM with VPN. Also has Wireshark installed.
Nvidia Jetson Nano executes call flooder using Asterisk. It’s capable of 25 calls per minute, which is normally enough to kill a number. You could use a Raspberry Pi instead.
