Fake service they are refunding: Anti-virus subscription
Any other scammer information: They’re “providing” anti-virus subscription, the program name is GeekSquad. LMAO, scammer probably got the scripts mixed up but he tried convincing me GeekSquad is not part of BestBuy and that it’s an anti-virus software. Enjoyed a good 10mins calling back non-stop and giving them a hard time. They played along too. Anyway, giv’em hell y’all!!!
