The scam arrives via email. I have put a screen shot below. Initial access is gained via Supremo. Persistence is gained via ConnectWise installed as a service. They then try to steal as much money as they can either via Western Union or by having you send $5000 at a time via threats and intimidation. I am working on gathering logs from the client who was affected by this scammer as I will have their computer in my possession shortly.
