Also, It points to this website https://www.realprinterfix247.us/ - The number 18003083705 in the website works but go’s to voice mail.

After a little investigation I can see they have an active website with active numbers but they don’t answer the phone (never called me back), maybe I’m catching them at the wrong time. I only tried once and never tired to “request help” email them (<- good tactic ;)) …
