Fake service they are refunding: PayPal/Coinbase
Any other scammer information: A client of mine got this email today and phoned the number. The scamming benchodes connected using Team Viewer and then tried to pivot to installing ConnectWise Control on her Mac. From what I can tell they were unsuccessful. They then did the usual “you’re being hacked by all these hackers” dog and pony show and tried to get access to her bank accounts. Have fun with them.
