It’s pretty messed up when you bait a number and then the true number owner calls you back confused. Or when the scammers use your google voice or TN numbers to call victims and they call you back.
Just be conscious when you do this that the person you think is a scammer may be the true owner of the number. If you are calling a number in your area and the voice is from India or Nigeria, go for it. But if it sounds like your neighbor, please use discretion.
This has happened to me many times and has made me regret my choices. I’m one of the vulgar scambaitors, or as many would call, an a$$hole.
Just be cautious and listen carefully to the voice that answers.
