This popup scam turned into a refund scam. He tried to make create a Western Union account because, brace yourself… people are using my licence key to steal my data and make purchases in my name, and I was going to get receive a new one. I hung up after he wouldn’t back down from creating the account. I let him believe a real potential victim got away.
