Call this scammer and call him a dummy head
Answering the (831) number as of Jun 25 11am Eastern time. Vincent kept repeating “What? I can’t hear you” and “What is your name please?” so I kept going with how much trouble he is in. His voice got more and more agitated then he finally hung up.
