Thanks for the number. I just called them 3 times and blew they’re eardrums because I don’t have a good enough fake voice nor do I have a good mic.
These guys are scummy, changed my windows password twice, and then syskey’d me when I told them I knew what they were doing.
Make sure you have a key logger, so you can call them out on it.
Passwords they used for me were:

in case they reuse passwords.
