Scam text messages

How do I stop scam text messages?
I can block the numbers with my phone but I’ll get a different one with different number plz help me!! Thanks TSU I love you scam baiters for wasting there time!!

Not really to much you can do tbh other than just ignoring the calls so they think your number is inactive and then blocking them after it ends. other then that really the only other way is just straight out getting a new phone number, well I guess their is another approach which is being really aggressive when they call but that may just lead to more calls other than them stopping the calls because they obv wont be able to scam you.

I usually ignore any random numbers calling me and text messages about amazon shipping of any payment :stuck_out_tongue:

Sorry I’m late on this one, but I just discovered the thread. I’ve been getting a number of email-to-SMS spams (I call them “pornospams,” because they’re usually some “35-year-old single mom” BS) from Hotmail and Outlook addresses. They usually spew the messages out to 20 numbers similar to mine, in numerical order, two or more times a week. There is either a scammy link or maybe a .doc or .PDF in the messages.
Yeah, blocking the addresses is just Whack-a-Mole. As far as I know, the only cellular provider who has a option to block entire domains is Verizon Wireless. I’ve been trying to prod US Cellular to do that, but their “customer support” people seem to think that’s sci-fi technology.
Maybe pester your carrier about it, and ask them why Verizon has it and they don’t.
