Scammers keep calling me from this number

They keep telling me they are from cra and I owe money 
When I google this number it comes up as scammer in yellow pages.
(I live in Vancouver Canada)

I was watching documentations from Canadian News about how they visited India to interview some of the scammers who took part in this scam.
They felt no remorse.

Yeah these scammers are scumbags and they only feel bad about it when they get locked up or something worse.
