They deduct your salary even if you take leave for emergency reasons… reduce your salary for no reason. There is no job security for contractual employees. Even if you are hard working and committed to work they don’t consider you anything UNTIL AND UNLESS you do their chamcha giri. They have hired uneducated and inexperienced girls in night shift to entertain themselves and pay them well. They are allowed to use cellphones too. And wear inappropriate, revealing outfits. Basically they respect call girls more than hardworking men. Zero professionalism

Another trick you can pull on the closers. When you give them the gift card numbers and they check them and tell you they dont work. Keep changing one digit until they start getting frustrated. Then ask if it would be easier to send a picture. They’ll give you a number, then you can send them a little something lol

I told them I have dyslexia and numbers are hard for me after 3 rounds of wrong card numbers. He kept telling me to get a magnifying glass and read them. He obviously doesn’t know what dyslexia is and it was pretty funny… but anyway, I told him I’d have my daughter call them and read the card numbers to them. If you can pretend to be my daughter and waste some more time (1hr29min) so far, that’d be great.
