I just traced their IP address by sending a grabify link on the live chat. They’re based in Lahore, Pakistan

Thank you for sharing this. I have made a spambot in python and start a chat with Rio Vincent. all was going well and Rio was answering my question which had nothing to do with the website or product on offer. Rio a lone wolf and don’t work well with others as from his answers
