how does one get this sort of site shut down

They are just using free google storage to host a site.

Seen this with AWS and S3 static sites. AWS takes them down in less than 1 hour after it is reported (at least during business days) how come it takes a week for googel??

you can report suspected abuse to Google here.
they might be more likely to look into it if it gets reported to Google Safebrowsing and they’d otherwise blacklist their own storage API. :smiling_imp:
