I just saw this now. I have my finger on the button to schedule the time to “talk to them”. I gotta know how this works. Has anyone actually talked to them?

So, this is what is how the task scam is described: Task scams are a type of online fraud where scammers promise easy money by completing simple tasks, such as liking videos or rating products. They usually initiate contact through unsolicited messages, often via platforms like WhatsApp or Telegram, offering a job opportunity with flexible hours and no experience required.
Once someone shows interest, they are asked to complete these tasks with promises of earning money. However, to proceed with the tasks or withdraw their supposed earnings, they are required to pay a fee, usually in cryptocurrency. This is where the scam becomes clear: the tasks are a ruse to get victims to deposit money, which is an advance fee trap. The earnings promised are fake, and the real goal is to trick people into sending money. If youre going to go through with baiting them make sure you have a voip number for example from Google voice, text now or talkatone.
