VMWare error

I am trying to create machines in vm ware. I have windows 10 and 8.1 loaded but I keep getting an error message.

VMware Player and Device/Credential Guard are not compatible. VMware Player can be run after disabling Device/Credential Guard. Please visit VMware Knowledge Base for more details.

I have tried to follow the instructions there but no luck. I am running windows 10 home. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Oh!
I got an idea.
I had this issue after I enabled Windows Sandbox. Here’s how to fix it:
Open Settings
Go to Update and security>Windows Security>Open Windows Security.
Windows Security should now open.
When it is open, Click Device security>Core isolation
Under Memory integrity, toggle the switch off and restart your computer.
VMware should now work!
If you have any more issues, feel free to reply to this post.

Thank you for the reply but when I went to check the setting it was already off.

Hi,
another way is to turn Hyper-V off completely in the Turn Windows Features On or Off panel. Hyper-V enables this Device Creditional Guard.
Hope this helps!
