If you have evidence of the scam you can report the address to the likes of coin base, binance, kucoin, etc and they can blacklist the addresses from selling on their platforms. Only other this is scouring the internet for other places this address has been used to try and locate the real identity of the scammer.

I see. Thank you for the answer. I have no idea how id go about searching for where the addresses are used but im sure i can easily figure out how to file a report.
