I got them to use anydesk XD when u call them let them connect with gotoassist then when the call transfers exit out of gotoassist and tell the guy you credit card info, I made a post on what to do when they ask for stuff like that, then tell him that the person had you download this anydesk thing and there are numbers (He wouldnt let me connect tho…)
