I’m fairly new to making VMs but Yesterday I managed to set up and clone some Windows 10 VMs. This is all fine and good but I noticed that whenever I power one of them down Windows Forces me to reinstall the OS when I turn it back on. I’m running these on 64bit and on VirtualBox and it’s really inconvenient to have to go through that every time I want to restart a VM. I can still save the machine state and start it up that way, any ideas?
You need to unmount the ISO that you used to install the os from the VM.
