These guys have two lines: 1-866-593-4777 is their ‘sales’ line and 1-800-510-2305 is their support line. I was able to load wannacry on their computer and then they proposed we go ‘into business together’ if I give them the decryption key, so I sent them MEMZ to another computer them thinking that was the decryption key. They rarely answer the sales line now but always answer the support line.
