Looks like they could not access my Dextop with ScreenConnect. So, they decided to connect me with FCC and Chase. :smiley:

The usual Ctrl+Windows key + Q for Quick Assist or vchcare.live for Screen connect Client

That has to be the case, as I’ve been on with them multiple times this morning and they’re still answering. Kevin/Mike (same guy as I recognize his voice) says my IP was used from a different location. He didn’t have an answer as to how that was possible.

These scumbags are stilll at it. They block me and then I wait for an hour or so and I am unblocked. Three days now they are at it, using this number.
