So you’d say it’d be more beneficial to call ssa if I’m just calling to waste their time, or refund only if I’m baiting?
yup a lot more beneficial
because with SSA you can’t really do anything to harm their operation unless you 1. keep calling over and over. or 2. waste their time and look up a fake SSN generator
with Refund scammers you can bait them into you access to their computer and have the opportunity to delete their files/syskey them which does a lot more damage than just calling and calling, also refund scammers are more likely to change their numbers if someone keeps calling and calling
