when you call them. Talk about how your kid bought 277 batman pop-figures and an Aquaman doll that you immediately canceled and sent back. and maybe come up with some stuff on the fly about how you haven’t gotten that money back yet.

Ask questions about everything, make them have to stack lie upon lie and then pounce when they can’t keep the story straight.
