OMG, After he said it was installed when I bought the PC, I asked how he got my financial info to charge. He said (and I kid you not) that the FTC keeps everyone’s financial data so vendors can access it to charge us. If I wasn’t on steroids I’d be going down to the basement bar and “accessing” some strong libations! 
Got access to these fools.
