This is a back tax relief scammer. They claim that they sent you some bogus letter in the mail with information on the back taxes.
I called the number back and discovered that that they aren’t spoofing. The call connected back to these scammers.
Note: They do make you wait on hold for 5 minutes and to press 1 a couple of times. I want to believe that there are a bunch of people there waiting to scam you, they have the hold time there to make it look as if they are busy, but they are not.
