Fake service they are refunding: McAfee apparently
I played with these guys for a little while. They tolerated a frustrated harried lady for quite a while. The email attachment came through as a .gif -why??? 
The invoice has no AV name on it, maybe so they can use whatever company they want, but maybe because they are just bad at the invoice thing?
They sent me to gcomfix dot org which takes you to the secure server code website thingie. I told them it said the site was blocked for malicious activity. They then tried to send me to ultraviewer which is when I quit.
