Note that this email was received on a business email address and the name, which I have redacted, was the correct full name for the recipient. I have obfuscated the Case and Transaction IDs in case they can be tracked back to the original recipient, but when I called the number to verify using TextNow I just made up something for these and was “verified” by the scammer.
