I tried to access the contact just now, but it says β€œThis content isn’t available”. I know Facebook is really bad about this stuff and never does anything about hacked accounts or accounts that are running Scams or anything like that, so can you still access it now from the link in the original post?

Yeah. Looks like the scammer took this one down. The rating was down to 2.3 or so, and there was no way to come back from that.
