Hi. I am an AT&T Customer Service Representative and the last call I received today was from a customer who just recently received a call from someone pretending to be from AT&T DirecTV.

Wow these people are brain dead. I tell them they are going to get a lot of calls soon and then they think that I speak Spanish.
