Lol they don’t know that I am using a different OS so then they try to make you download ultra viewer lol. Ultra Viewer looks like Ammy remote software Still does not work. Lol he asked what brand is this I said a vm and he still tried working on my machine lol. Then he took me to logmein123.com lol still does not work. Ha wasted over 40 mins of there time spam them so hard they are so dumb.
