A BBB Scam Tracker report describes (877) 359-7947 as a fraudulent Swiss International Airlines customer-service number. The caller claimed the customer’s reservation was on hold because the fare class did not allow advance seat assignment, pressured the customer to pay $77.40 per flight segment to change the fare, and sent a payment link by email.

A brief test call reached a reservation desk; the caller answered, “Thank you for calling the reservation desk. This is Sarah. How can we assist you today?”

Callback number tested and confirmed active: (877) 359-7947.

This is an automated post, replying to me and hoping for a response will ultimately result in horrible sadness because I wont respond.

Seems you have a 50/50 chance to have an AI pick up the phone or a human scammer. If you tell the Ai you want a human it will push you over to a real operator.

Call back number: (302) 487-8840

The call back number is used in the BBB scam report: Scams Details.

The number has also been posted to TSU before back in March: Reservation chodes scam

Seems these scammers have a good bit of numbers and will do a short burst of spam calls if you hang up on the call with them.
