I got a letter in the mail box today and the Scammers probably got my address from other survey or free quote sites by entering personal information on those sites. They use a 9 digit code so they can verify who it is they they are speaking to and the start of the code starts with 40. This is to confirm if the victim got the latter and this 9 digit code is associated with personal information such as names and the location of the victims
