I find myself in the middle of a project aimed at identifying and countering tech support scams. These scams often come in the form of deceptive popups designed to make victims believe their computers have been compromised, making them feel that immediate tech support is necessary.
I am in need of a popup crawler that’s capable of systematically discovering and cataloging these bogus tech support popups. The ultimate goal is to compile a comprehensive database of such scams to facilitate further analysis and preventative actions.
