I called them up and said to the guy who answered “I’m having trouble with my PC. It’s slowing down a lot. Do you think you could help me with it?” AND THE FUCKER HUNG UP.

I only tried once though, but I’m gonna do it again now.

Had one guy pick up but stay silent. After I said “hello?” he coughed up a big wet loogie before asking if he could help me. Classy. Classy and sexy.

2nd call, a different gandu answered more normally. I said I was having problems with my printer “seeing” my computer. They he asks “What problems are you having?”
What? Are they that stupid? (yes) I told him I just said what the problem was and that if he was really that stupid, I probably called the wrong company. He agreed. Wow.
