I received an email from [email protected] saying I needed to update my kraken account. I do not have a kraken account, however I do know that it has something to do with Crypto. There is a link to click on. I did not click on the link, but when you hover over it, it says it will take you to:

I did go to Krakens’ website and tried to reset/recover my password and used the email address that this notice was sent to, but I never received a reset email. Obviously, because I do not have a Kraken account.
I hope this makes sense. I would think this would be just as horrible as someone taking over your bank account.

Checked out that URL you mentioned on my VM.
Put in a fake Kraken email and password then it asked for my email address and EMAIL password. Then it said my account was verified then immediately redirected to the actual Kraken web site.
Total phishing email.

No, I do not know anything about them, so I wouldn’t know how to contact them.
i emailed them, they emailed me back and told me to forward the emails to [email protected]
